The 39th District is located in Mercer County and includes the outskirts of Princeton, Athens, Hatcher, Kellysville, Willowton, Oakvale, Hardy, Ingleside, Melrose, Oak Grove, Gardner Junction, Gardner, Spanishburg, Most of Camp Creek, Beeson, Pinoak, Lashmeet, Mt. Olive, Dott, Springton, Hiawatha, Matoaka, and Kegley.
