West Virginia Law requires the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
     
  • Individuals may contribute a maximum of $2,800.00 in the Primary Election and $2,800.00 in the General Election, for a maximum of $5,600.00
     
  • Contributions less than $250 must include your name.
     
  • Contributions over $250 must include name, address, phone, occupation and place of employment
     
  • This contribution is made from my own funds and were not provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
     
  • This contribution is made with my own personal credit card and not a business or corporate credit card or a card issued to another person.
